ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE OF ASEANSAI

ASEANSAI’s structure consists of the Assembly, Executive Committee, Committee, andSecretariat. Assembly as a decision-making body composed of all members of ASEANSAI who served as Chairman of each SAI.

The Executive Committee comprises the Chairman and Vice Chairman. Chairman of ASEANSAI is the Chairman of the SAI in which the Assembly was held, while the Vice Chairman of the ASEANSAI is the Chairman of the SAI which will host the next Assembly.

To implement theAssembly’s decision in harmonywith the goals and objectives of ASEANSAI, the Assembly formed a committee, ad hoc, or sub-committees.

Secretariat, the ASEANSAI necessary administrative bodies, chaired by the Head of Secretariat and assisted by staff if needed. The Secretariat is tasked to do administrative and financial activities.

The Head of Secretariatis appointed by the Chairman of ASEAN SAI and shall come from the same SAI as the Chairman.
