The ASEANSAI Commemoration Book 2023–2025 captures the milestones, initiatives, and collective achievements of ASEANSAI during the Chairmanship of the Commission on Audit of the Republic of the Philippines (2023–2025). Reflecting the theme “Forging a Stronger ASEANSAI through Solidarity and Innovation,” the publication documents how member SAIs advanced regional cooperation, strengthened institutional capacity, and deepened engagement with ASEAN and global partners.
Covering major meetings—including the 7th ASEANSAI Summit (2023) and the 8th Senior Officials’ Meeting (2025)—the book highlights key decisions such as the adoption of revised Rules and Procedures, development of the ASEANSAI Strategic Plan 2026–2029, and progress in committee work across strategic planning, knowledge sharing, training, and governance.
It also showcases ASEANSAI’s capacity-building initiatives, including knowledge-sharing activities on Public Debt Audit, Audit of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), Audit of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) implementation, as well as the development of three major training frameworks aimed at enhancing competencies across member SAIs.
The publication features messages from Heads of SAIs across ASEAN, reinforces ASEANSAI’s growing partnerships with ASOSAI, INTOSAI, and development partners, and provides a forward-looking view toward ASEANSAI’s next strategic cycle and the Young Leaders’ Programme.
As a whole, the Commemoration Book serves as an institutional record of ASEANSAI’s shared achievements and a testament to the spirit of unity and innovation that defined the Philippines’ Chairmanship.
