Developed in line with the ASEANSAI Strategic Plan 2022\u20132025, particularly its focus on capacity development, this document represents a shared commitment to strengthening people, institutions, and audit quality.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Cambria',serif;\">This publication presents an integrated set of frameworks comprising the ASEANSAI Competency Framework, the Competency-Based Learning and Development Framework, and the Coaching and Mentoring Strategy. Together, they provide practical guidance for member SAIs in identifying essential competencies, structuring learning pathways, and expanding development approaches beyond traditional training, drawing on experiential and collaborative learning through the 70-20-10 model.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Cambria',serif;\">Grounded in ISSAI 100, ISSAI 150, and relevant INTOSAI GUIDs, the ASEANSAI Training Frameworks offer a flexible reference that member SAIs may adapt to their respective mandates and institutional contexts.
