These initiatives include in-person workshops in Jakarta and Stockholm to enhance governance, improve organizational effectiveness, and foster stronger collaboration with development partners.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The first training was held on 22\u201325 April 2025 at the Swedish NAO headquarters in Stockholm under the theme \u201cTraining for ASEANSAI Secretariat to Strengthen Its Secretariat Function.\u201d The program focused on strengthening internal governance, communication, and coordination strategies, as well as sharing best practices in managing an international secretariat. Participants also gained insights from Swedish NAO\u2019s role in INTOSAI\u2019s Capacity Building Committee (CBC), which provided useful benchmarks for ASEANSAI\u2019s institutional development.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7853 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aseansai.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Swedia-1-edit-300x163.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"163\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aseansai.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Swedia-1-edit-300x163.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.aseansai.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Swedia-1-edit-1024x557.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.aseansai.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Swedia-1-edit-768x418.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.aseansai.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Swedia-1-edit.jpg 1371w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The training resulted in several follow-up actions, including the development of a concept to expand the ASEANSAI website, regular coordination meetings with ASEANSAI Committee Chairs, and preparations for engagement with potential development partners.
